Elizabeth Garber is the acting Executive Director of Women in Identity. She is an entrepreneur and thought leader working towards human-centric, rights-enhancing identity ecosystems, having led three collaborations focused on high-trust, globally interoperable identity: the Open Digital Trust Initiative at the Institute of International Finance, the Global Assured Identity Network (GAIN), and SIDI Hub. She sits on the United Nations Digital Public Infrastructure Safeguarding Working Group. Beyond this work, she works with non-profits that develop open, interoperable standards and build capacity in the identity industry.
