Adina Dicken, CIAM, is a technology risk, controls, and governance leader with experience spanning the global financial industry and leading consulting firms, including Citi, Protiviti, and Deloitte. Her experience has focused on mitigating cybersecurity risks, specializing in identity and access governance, cloud security, regulatory & compliance, and emerging technology risk for financial institutions, while advising technical teams and executive stakeholders on building secure and resilient technology environments.

With specialized training in AI leadership, strategy, and governance through the Harvard Data Science Initiative, Adina brings an expert perspective to the evolving intersection of AI and identity management/control. She is particularly focused on how organizations can adapt strong GRC Foundations, by reimagining the traditional IAM frameworks to proactively determine best practices to govern AI agents, non-human identities, and increasingly autonomous systems while maintaining security, accountability, and regulatory trust.
